Full Property Management

• Initial Fee: 10% of the monthly gross rent taken monthly

Whether you have found a tenant yourself or appointed an agent on a let only service but would like to upgrade to management, we can do this at 8% of the monthly gross rent for the duration of the tenancy.

 

Additional Charges:

• Tenancy renewal: £120

• Inventory check-in/out: £100 - £400 (varies by property size)

• Works over £1000: 12% project management fee

• Issuing Section 8 notice: £243

• Eviction proceedings: £150 (includes court attendance if needed)

• For properties outside London, we charge £150 to serve notice by hand
