• Refundable Registration Fee: The £350 registration fee is fully refundable upon completion of your property purchase, provided Ervaid Management is directly involved in the final transaction. This ensures our commitment to finding your perfect home aligns with your successful purchase.

 

• Client Choice: Should you choose to proceed with the purchase without Ervaid Management's direct involvement, we retain 50% of the registration fee (£175) as compensation for our initial efforts and guidance. We understand that circumstances may change, and respect your right to make independent decisions.

 

• Success Fee: If we successfully find your dream property and you complete the purchase with our involvement, a success fee of 2% is applied to the final sale price. This fee is invoiced upon completion of the sale and covers the comprehensive services we provide, from discreet property sourcing to expert negotiation and seamless conveyancing.
