Property Management - 12% from monthly gross rent. Fees are payable monthly and deducted from the rent.

For rental payments paid in advance, we take our fees upfront from the agreed rental payment. (i.e. quarterly, bi-annually or yearly)

Estate Management - Our Fee starts from £300 per unit which is payment when the service charge is due

Vacant Management - £90pcm this is payable upon issue of monthly invoice.

Buying agent - £200 part-refundable registration fee. 1.5% fee of property value upon completion of purchase.
